Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No matter where you are located (almost anywhere), You can get Bajinn! We offer international shipping on Bajinn and the variety of accessories. All orders will need 30 business days to process.
Shipping will be shipped to the address you entered during checkout and may take 7-14 days to arrive once shipped.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order but would like to cancel, you must contact us by email as soon as possible. Be sure to have your order/reference number on hand.
Under distance selling regulations if you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point before it is dispatched to the carrier service. To cancel an order, please contact email@example.com
If we processed your order and made arrangements for it to be shipped by the time you contact us, we won't be able to stop it from being delivered, but you can return the order to us within 30 days. Please note shipping fees will not be refunded.
My product already shipped before I could cancel, how do I return the product to you?
Once you have contacted us to cancel your order, you will be given instructions on how to return the product to us. No items shall be returned without prior contact with Bajinn customer service representatives as stated above, and without authorization to return an item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be refunded.
The costs of returning unwanted purchases to us are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to orders canceled after the point of our acceptance/dispatch of the order.
Any purchases that have been used, are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned with the original packaging will not be refunded. The shipping cost of returning any product is the responsibility of the customer.
